PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
Cardio Tennis Cardio Tennis is a new, fun, group activity featuring drills to give players of all abilities an ultimate, high-energy workout. Taught by a teaching professional, Cardio Tennis includes a warm-up, cardio workout, and cool-down phases. If present or new players are looking for a great new way to get in shape and to burn calories, they must try Cardio Tennis. $10
Cardio Tennis Kids A group play activity featuring action-based tennis drills and games for all ability levels. Cardio Tennis Kids (CTK) emphasizes movement and fun using music and pedometers. Using age-appropriate equipment, the CTK environment develops tennis and athletic skills and improves health and fitness. $10
Clinic Work on your strokes with a theme for every session. Corrections on stroke production and strategy from a tennis pro with lots of activity! $10-15
Round Robin Just show up to play! Partners and opponents are rotated after each round. Balls are provided. $10
QuickStart - QuickStart Tennis is an exciting new play format for learning tennis, designed to bring kids into the game by utilizing specialized equipment, shorter court dimensions and modified scoring, all tailored to age and size. It is divided into two different levels-- ages 8 and under and ages 10 and under. $80 per 8 week session or $15 individual class
